What is the procedure for removing a pupil for an extended period from my lesson? |
|||||
There is a timetable of places in science where you can send a pupil. 1. Contact a teacher or laboratory technician 2. The technician or science teacher then escorts the pupil to the other location 3. Make sure that the pupil has suitable work for the duration of the lesson(s) 4. Complete the removal form (for parents) at the end of the lesson 5. Inform the Head of Science/Co-ordinator so that parents can be contacted and a letter sent home. Notes: (i) DO NOT send a pupil to another location without a guide (teacher or laboratory technician) (ii) An extended period of removal needs to be negotiated with the Head of Science (iii) Alternative arrangements will be made for removing pupils at Broadway for 2006/7. |
