Any hazard, or potential hazard, must be reported in writing to the Head of Science. This includes broken electrical fittings and faulty gas fittings, water leakage, and hazardous fittings. Teachers and technicians must not attempt to mend/repair any gas fittings of electrical supplies. The fault will be reported immediately to the premises manager. Do not continue to use any faulty equipment/device until the fault/hazard has been rectified.
